Overall Comment
The unit wasvery convenient to the beach but I chose it based on it being water front. The building is waterfront but the unit was not. The unit had a lot of dishware but knives, can opener and the coffee maker has issues. The floor was dirty.

2031 was very nice had everything we needed and loved the location right on the beach plus the included beach chairs and umbrella was a nice surprise and all the appliances worked well.

Overall Comment
The condo was very nice and clean. Bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. The best thing about the unit was the location to the private access beach. The sidewalk connected to unit building is maybe 500ft from the beach. Very nice with younger children who may need to go back and forth more often. The pool was also very nice. The outside was currently undergoing maintenance, but was not a nuisance.

Great experience with our family. Plenty of room for 8. Fantastic beach access and great location to go any where in the Destin area within minutes. Upon arrival the floors weren't as clean as expected. But overall great location and great vacation.

Overall Comment
The property was just as described and then some. 2031 is very nice! Very comfortable even with construction crews and repair from storm damage on the building. Ms Sharon and Paige were on top of things and were so very helpful!!! The beach is clean and beautiful and beach chair staff is top notch! I cannot compliment the whole experience, enough! Thank you! We will definitely be back!

Overall Comment
Our first family visit to Destin and we were pleasantly surprised by the property, the cleanliness the location and of course the lovely sea water. Party of 8, we had no issues at check-in, during the stay and when we had questions, the host was prompt to respond. Place was stocked with essentials. The place is thoughtfully put together sparing no expense - clean utensils, New electronics (huge TV..lol), large rooms, amazing decor and even games and books for when we wanted to spend time with kids indoors. Super recommend the place for its vibe and quiet location and overall experience . Will visit again whenever I get the chance to
