This condo had great views! It had everything you would need. Some of the furniture was a little dirty and our socks for filthy on the floors. The tv in the guest room didn’t work and the sink in the guest bath was stopped up. Maintenance came and unstopped the sink, but he told us the tv hadn’t worked for a while.

Repeated guest for the past 10+ years. This unit is 1051; has a great view; big spacious bedrooms with large closets, furniture in good shape,the king master room mattress was very nice and comfortable, the kitchen area was well supplied for cooking, open floor look for kitchen, dining, and living room plenty of space for us 8 people, and all floors are tile. Only a few things that need improvement the washer and dryer is too small to wash and dryer towels and other things; had to wash 3 loads just to wash towels and wash clothes each night for 8 people (took up lots of time) and the other 4 mattress in the other rooms need to replaced (very bouncy, springs that you could feel, noisy when you turn or move, just worn out not very comfortable at all, and caving toward the middle in the back room.
Overall great unit!! Will stay again in this unit and hopefully better mattresses in the other rooms.

We stayed in Unit 1051 for all of January and February 2024. The Unit is well furnished and the lanai has a gorgeous view of the white sand beach in both directions including sunrises and sunsets. The pool was warm even on the chilliest days and the workout room and sauna are excellent. Sharon and Paige were prompt to respond to requests. We’re returning next winter!

1051 is lovely. It feels like home away from home except having an amazing view of the beach and ocean. The sun rising and setting each day was spectacular. The accommodations exceeded my expectations as this condo was a new experience for me, having been in Tower 2 for many years. The ladies in the front office are welcoming, helpful and friendly. I am looking forward to October 1, 2024.

This was a nice place to stay, very nice balcony with a perfect view. Everything was pretty clean, nice kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. If I wanted to be picky, I would say they need some new cooking skillets. The only one they have is horrible, you can't really cook in it, everything sticks no matter how much oil you use, but that's very minor, we would definitely stay there again.

I believe 2012 was our first time staying in this unit. We have stayed at Shoreline every year and this particular unit is by far our favorite. The view is amazing, the balcony is large, the unit is very spacious and decorated in happy colors. Within walking distance to grocery store and many other stores/restaurants. Perfect location. We typically come with 8 people but one day it will be just 2 of us and we will stay in this particular unit. I would recommend this unit to others (only as long as it was not the time that we were planning to book it) :)Over the years, there have been 2 times that I have left something valuable in the condo after checkout .... both times it was turned in and I paid to have it shipped home. Honest management and staff. Security at the front entrance are friendly. The beach umbrella service (separate fee) is amazing!!

Staying in this unit afforded us the best of both worlds as we could either be on the beach or the patio just above the beach. The unit was brightly decorated and CLEAN. The staff made sure our every need was met which were few. The area was quiet & well watched over by the gate keepers. The rooms spacious & washer and dryer included. Beautiful ocean views from many windows. Watched dolphins play so close.
Well stocked kitchen but new stove might be nice. Very large patio well furnished with table and chairs. TV in each room. Nice...

We love Destin and always have a great time. Out of 23 years of coming to Destin, we have stayed in Shoreline Towers 19 of those years. This particular unit was spacious and clean, however it was very dated. The stove didn't work efficiently, the refrigerator was small and had no ice maker. There wasn't sufficient kitchen supplies. The washer and dryer was way to small for a 3 bedroom condominium. Most of the mattresses were worn out. This unit did have a wonderful view of the beach!

We loved the location of the condo...the 3 bedroom accommodated our party of 8.
Overall the condo was very user friendly with our family. The only thing that I can say were the mattresses in the bedrooms were not very comfortable. Too soft as you would sink...the Master bedroom mattress and box spring were squeaky.
We love coming to shoreline and we have been a guest there many times over the last 16 years.

If you want a great view of the beach, in Tower 1 and 2 the three bedroom end units we have found are the best. Window in kitchen of beach and large window in breakfast area. Unit 1111 is also a great unit. My only objection is that the bathroom in the master bedroom is really small, but how much time do you spend in it anyway? This is an older complex but we love it and there are only 5 steps to go down to the beach.
